FRONT OF HOUSE - NICOLE SCALLY
Leading our talented Front of House team is Nicole Scally. A Melbourne/Geelong native, Nic moved to the Southern Highlands five years ago and has developed a deep affection for both the region and its locals. Nic’s exceptional customer service and leadership skills were honed in her 19 years of flying Internationally with Qantas, followed by stints in banking, public relations and restaurant management.
Her genuine love of people, laughter, innovative food and complex wine, along with her innate ability to make the combination of these a memorable customer experience, has cemented her reputation as a warm, gracious and composed host. Nic’s sense of fun and style aligns with the vision and unique character of ludo. With her commitment to excellence and team, she continues to raise the bar for service and customer satisfaction.
